Away the Past Walks

Away the past walks
Into the unknown, into the mystery,
into the distant farlands that my longings cannot reach.
Lost to the winds.
Echoes that flow to the stars to be returned to peace.

My life force dwindles away into the mystery, into the vastness from the empty shores, setting sail, intertwining with the winds on a quest, on a pilgrimage through this now time and space continuum in search of belonging, in search of home.
