A Kingdom Within

My number one priority has always been creating a sense of home and safety within my own beating heart. ❤️

I've come a long way in facing the demons that once ruled my inner world. Terrifying work. 🔥

It often feels like I'm constantly having to fend off the forces that try to pull me away from my own axis mundi—my inner centre. 🌀

Perhaps this is where patience comes in.

Ayahuasca once told me:

"Be more patient." 🌺

With myself. 🤍 With life. 🌎

Meditation has become my latest practice. Each day, it helps me find my way back home. 🧘

Where once there was war-torn terrain, now there is peace. 🌿☀️

There is a kingdom within me. 👑

And I'm claiming it. 🏔️

And there is a king in there somewhere too. 🦁
