Reconditioning the Mind and Sense of Self

Shadow Work

I want to talk briefly about the nature of trauma, how it holds us in a low vibrational frequency, how our very own mind can trick us into digressing towards false prophecies, and how we can bring ourselves back onto the path which one never left.

Maya is a vast network of energies. The space in which we project outwardly only to see convincing beliefs reflected back of who we think we are. To know thy self is to look within at thy self. It is to reel ones own outward projections back inside to light up its source and to know thy self as it. Uniting with the soul. Maya is a sandbox to which we convince ourselves that the content of our material and psychological lives are more real than Reality itself by leaving our true nature behind and forgetting it. Like when our ancestors first looked up at an eclipse fearing that the sun no longer exists. We are the dualism that is the prisoner and the prison guard. Yet when one steps out of Plato's cave one realises one was always free.

Karma are the stories and beliefs that surround the ego which is the conceptual sense of self that our inner compass attunes to. Yet intuition speaks loudly like a war drum. We slowly attune ourselves to our indigenous and Divine nature as we clear our karma.

The denial of the traumas we carry in our bodies keeps our tight grip onto the self limiting beliefs and as a result keeps us locked into a low vibrational frequency. The Law of Attraction is the antenna that all of the Universe possesses. We use it to put out, receive, cocreate and co-destruct with external energies. The frequency of your vibration will determine what you manifest into your life. If one thinks one is unworthy of love for example then one will probably not receive love because one has already succumbed to the belief shutting all doors to love. This then reinforces ones belief of unworthiness. It becomes a cycle. An echo chamber of ones own karma. If we are not conscious within this process we become subject to self fulfilling prophecies wondering why we're manifesting things for our lives that we don't want.

Ultimately trauma holds no power over us unless we feed it. It's usually behind a great deal of pain, fear, resentment or rage for what we faced in moments of treachery in our past. We perpetuate trauma by running away from it. The trauma wants to be healed so it will chase you. The denial of trauma often manifests as blaming others for how one feels. Just saying but society capitalises on victimhood mentality. Running from trauma can manifest as addictions, attachments, burnouts and breakdowns to name a few.

We run from our demons until we become too tired. So we surrender, and we turn around to embrace our fate as our visions turn to white, to be met by a part of yourself you long for, a feeling of belonging, a feeling of okay-ness and of unconditional acceptance and love. Exhales

One has the whole of Maya to distract oneself from ones own healing until then. Ignorance is bliss so they say. Yet I believe salvation is infinitely better. Enjoy the ride too. Don't get caught up in beliefs of not being healed enough etc. That's a trap in itself.
