I am lost and I am found.
I feel alone and yet I feel held.
I feel trapped and I feel free.
I am restful but also restless.
I am hurting and I am blissful.
I am floating, I am falling.
I am living, I am dying.

I surrender to myself, I surrender to the world.
I love myself, I love you ❤️
